- [EB-5 Investment](https://www.thirdlakeeb5.com/): TLA arranges and distributes EB-5 investment offerings structured under the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022, integrated within real estate developments across the Third Lake Partners platform. EB-5 investments are speculative, illiquid, and involve high risk, including loss of entire investment; no immigration outcome is assured.
- Real Estate Debt & Equity Placement: Sources equity and debt capital for clients through relationships with institutional investors and commercial lenders.
- Private Placements: Engages in private placement activities for sponsors, companies, and private investment funds, including placement of fund interests to qualified investors. These are speculative, illiquid, and high-risk.
