Luke is managing partner of Third Lake Associates, LLC (“TLA”), a FINRA registered broker-dealer, and is responsible for its real estate debt structuring and placement practice. Additionally, Luke Thomas is managing partner and head of real estate of Third Lake Partners, LLC (“TLP”), an SEC-registered investment adviser. Luke leads TLP’s real estate vertical including its growth and strategic direction. Luke serves on TLP’s investment, valuation and allocation committees and serves on the boards of TLP’s general partner entities. Further, Luke is CEO of TLP’s affiliated entities, Third Lake Brokerage, LLC (“TLB”), Third Lake Development, LLC (“TLV”) and Third Lake Risk, LLC (“TLR”). Additionally, Luke serves as manager of TLV’s real estate holding companies, a member of the investment committee of TLV and as manager of Third Lake EB5 Group, LLC (“TLE”), Third Lake Southeast Regional Center, LLC (“TLO”) and Third Lake EB-5 Fund Management, LLC’s (“TLF).

Prior to this, Luke served as a vice president at Third Lake Capital, LLC (“TLCL”), a single-family office.  Luke was responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing the firm’s private equity and real estate investments. Luke was part of the team that sourced, underwrote and closed over five million square feet of real estate transactions including office, multifamily, senior housing, condominium, hospitality, retail and self-storage. Luke assisted with closing ten private equity transactions across a variety of industries.

Prior to TLCL, Luke worked at Hyde Park Capital Advisors, a middle-market investment bank, supporting its mergers and acquisitions, private capital raising and corporate finance efforts. At Hyde Park, Luke worked with both public and private companies in several industries including healthcare, industrial and technology.

Luke graduated from The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in economics with a concentration in finance. Luke holds his FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 24, Series 63, Series 66 and Series 79.

Eren Cicekdagi is a principal at Third Lake Associates, LLC (“TLA”), a FINRA registered broker-dealer. Eren leads the firm’s private capital markets and alternative financing initiatives, with a focus on structuring and distributing EB-5 investment offerings. Eren is also a principal of Third Lake Southeast Regional Center, LLC (“TLO”) and an authorized representative of Third Lake EB-5 Fund Management, LLC’s (“TLF) subsidiaries.

Prior to TLA, Eren served as managing director at Golden Gate Global, where he oversaw EB-5 regional center operations, business development, investor relations and regulatory coordination. Prior to this, Eren also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Herguner Attorney Partnership.

Eren brings more than 20 years of experience in private equity real estate, cross-border capital formation and investment operations. Throughout his career, he has participated in raising and managing over $1 billion in investor capital across multiple real estate and alternative investment programs.

Eren graduated from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School with a Master of Business Administration and from Istanbul Bilgi University with a law degree. Eren holds his FINRA Series 7, Series 24 and Series 63.

Ilka Komatsu is the director of investor relations at Third Lake Associates, LLC (“TLA”), a FINRA registered broker-dealer. Ilka oversees investor communications, onboarding, and relationship management for Third Lake’s EB-5 platform and Third Lake Southeast Regional Center, LLC (“TLO”). She supports prospective and current investors throughout the subscription, documentation, and reporting lifecycle, working closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure a coordinated and responsive investor experience.

Ilka brings extensive experience in EB-5 investor relations and program operations, having supported approximately 480 EB-5 investor families and participated in the placement and administration of more than $280 million in EB-5 capital across multiple investment offerings. Her role includes managing investor documentation workflows, facilitating communication across jurisdictions, and maintaining structured reporting processes aligned with regulatory and operational requirements.
